I put these on my 2015 Camaro convertible with a V6. If not for breaking my cutting disk and running to the store to get a 6inch one, which is really what you need. I would have completed this job in 50 minutes. The directions say to cut at the first bend, come a few inches closer to the muffler will not hurt. I can't stress this enough, a reviewer earlier said the clamps supplied suck. Order 2 of these https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015KUF5Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 instead. I did that right away and very glad I did. Incredible clamps. I will say that when cruising down the highway at 73 it is pretty quiet, which is what you want. Just step on it and this exhaust comes alive. Of course my favorite spot are the on ramps where I cut it loose. Do not spend anymore money on this project, this is what you want.

If you want to make a Camaro louder and sound how it should then get this product. Very easy to install hardest part is cutting out the old mufflers. I will say the clamps given were a little tight to put on but once they're on they fit good. It didn't provide a perfect seal around the OEM exhaust pipe. A cat back you don't need 100% seal. Doesn't change the sound. I would suggest using loctite on the bolts just to make sure they don't raddle or lose at any point. Driving it now there's a huge difference. You do notice a droning sound in the car around 2500 and 3000 RPMs. Doesn't bother me too much but it is noticeable so if you were planning on going on a further road trip or something like that might not be suitable. Once you turn up the radio you can't hear it. I do feel like at the start line taking off is a little slower but if you're on the highway going faster and you step on it you definitely take off quicker. You can definitely feel the car now when that idle or in a Drive-Thru when before I didn't. If your car enthusiast you'll love how it sounds, if you're a mom you probably won't like it as much.

I drive a 2011 V6 RS Camaro. Looks like a Beast, but sounded like a Pussy Cat. Not anymore, cut off them nasty Stock Mufflers, installed the MBRP S7021AL Exhaust System, now it sounds the way it ought to sound ..... I don't like it, I love it. Growls when you start it up, nice low rumble at steady speeds, but hit that accelerator and it Roars. Installation was easy peasy. As recommended in another Review, I also used "Walker (33975) 2-1/4" Aluminized Mega Clamp" x 2. As they are so much better than the Clamps that come with this Exhaust System. BUY IT QUICK !!!

I was misled by all the reviews on here saying it’s sounds so incredible and this and that - WHATEVER. I’m picky about my vehicle’s exhausts - from Harley’s to trucks to cars. This kit alone on a V6 Camaro only makes it noisy with lots of cabin drone in the mid to higher rpms. For quality sound you’ll still need an X-pipe or some flavor of resonated mufflers to bring decent tone. Way too raspy and ricer sounding on it own.

High quality product with perfect fit! My advice buy SHALL 3 Inch High-Sp... SHALL 3 Inch High-Speed Cut...from Amazon right after you place the order for this! Used brute strength chain hand held thing on drivers side rear! 1.5 hours to cut old pipe- the metal cuter costs $35 bucks or so and did the other cut in 2 minutes! Do both in under ten.

I have a V6 Camaro that didn't sound like a muscle car at all. I hated it, and I watched YouTube videos for hours on in to finally decide on these. I have stock exhaust with these pipes and I'll tell you now! It sounds so close to the V8 sound that several people didn't even believe me when I told them that it was only a V6.
