Honestly, I had low hopes for this, given the price. I wasn't encouraged when it came rolled up, and felt light weight. But after using it, I'm impressed, especially for the price. It took about 2 hours of rest to lay perfectly flat after unrolling. No problem there, just give it time. Despite a fairly thin profile, it feels really good on the feet. It works. This is a really good value. I just wish I got the larger size. I think my concerns came from memories of when similar mats came out about 20 years ago. Those were very heavy and very expensive. They also didn't last. This one is lightweight, but has a backing that stays in place on my vinyl floor. Durability is something to be determined as time goes on.

It's not too thick which is bad for your back and it's not too thin which does nothing. The edges have a nice taper so you're not stumbling off it unexpectedly. It has a nice cushion to it to be nice and comfy for long standing periods. The underneath is nice and grippy so it won't move wither it's in carpet or solid floor surface. Overall I have no issues with this mat, it was just what we needed by our stand sit desk.

This mat is the perfect size to place in front of my kitchen sinks. It is well padded and very comfortable to stand on. It is also easy to clean. Just one thing I wish and that is if it had some grippers that would help it to adhere to the floor. It slips a little when I move away from the sink. This may not be the case with others, and I’m sure it depends on the kind of flooring you have. Nonetheless, I really like this mat and I recommend it to others!
