These playing cards are fine for our weekly card games. Not the most sturdy, but our cards tend to get a bit of abuse, anyhow. Great deal at just over a buck a pack for 12. Our delivery driver did great, however, the person who packed them in just an envelope, not so great. The box fell apart in the envelope, as you can see from the pic. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because when I recieved the product, the box seal was broken and a single deck of cards was missing. BUT for the rest of the 11 decks, I cannot complain for the price! I would purchase again.

I am satisfied with these cards. They are standard-sized playing cards---not the smaller, bridge game cards, for example. The letters and numbers are the same size as in other jumbo decks, so they are very easy to read. The colors are sharp and clear and offer good contrast against the white background. I especially like the cherry red color of the hearts and diamonds, which is so much nicer than the pinkish-red some other brands use. They have a slicker feel than my Bicycle decks, but not a slippery feel. My only complaint is that they arrived in a broken box, and only eleven decks came, instead of twelve. The shipping envelope was sealed and not damaged, so the card box that held the decks must have been damaged and the deck lost BEFORE Amazon put it in the Prime shipping envelope. I chose to keep the order, instead of returning it all (the only choice) and waiting for a replacement order to come. ... show more

We normally buy the Bicycle brand of cards, but these were half the price, even though there was a Bicycle card in the box of each deck. I suspect they are simply a lower tier version of their regular product. They are very plasticized and slick, which is good for older people that sometimes spill a drink when playing. The problem is that they are so slick that our card shuffler machine does not work with them; they jam the machine. Our workaround, discovered accidentally, is that we put the cards upside down in the machine and it seems to work. So far, so good, anyway. ... show more
