These are premium Maui Jim sun glasses. Designed in Hawaii where they know sun and surf intimately. These Puakea shades have a timeless look and are awesome for casual wear or when suited up. I would say they suit men slightly better because of the rectangular shape... my wife initially got them for herself but they look better on me and usually sunglasses always look better on her! So I was in luck to get this awesome pair. The packaging, case, frames and lens are high quality and has a high end look and feel. The color of the frame and lens were the matte brown and bronze and it looks really sharp. I think the other color schemes also look cool and it kind of changes the style/vibe quite a bit. I think the bronze was a perfect blend of casual and formal at the same time. They are ultimately light weight, comfortable and protect well from strong sun quite easily despite the lighter lens tint. Your eyes will be visible if someone looks closely but I thought they were dark enough to allow for some 'privacy'. The dark shades are needed if you don't want anyone to see your eyes... One cool feature that was super important to me was the fact that this pair has adjustable nose pad arms vs just a plastic mold. Glasses do not sit well on my face (ie they are crooked) if I can not adjust them. So that really helped sell me on these... This pair is not suited for sports and the like also I am convinced that the brand's emphasis on quality and style justifies it's price point. Highly recommended if you are shopping for a pair of shades to protect your eyes while out and about and driving etc. and look sharp at the same time!

These sunglasses are amazing! They are extremely well constructed, light weight and comfortable. The lens are polarized so you get a crisp clear view. They come with a nice case to store them and a cloth for cleaning!

This is a decent pair of sunglasses for casual use. I like that the case it comes with can fold up flatly. The glasses are light, look nice, and feel comfortable when worn. There is a bit of discomfort when they are taken off as they leave marks on the bridge of the nose. This is a minor issue. Overall, these sunglasses are great. I wear them primarily when driving but they come in handy for any sunny occasion. Highly recommended!

What I liked: These "Maui Jim Puakea Rectangular Sunglasses" do not disappoint! They fit nicely on my face, look stylish, and do a great job of keeping the light from my eyes! I love that they don't try too hard and change the way the real world looks on the other side of the glasses too! I've had some glasses that amplify colors and make things seem surreal when on. The size and weight is normal and the feel of the rubber nose pads (while surprising to me upon arrival) aren't too bad (and thankfully seem to be covered by their warranty). What I did not like: At this price point I would love 2 glass case options - one that folds (standard Maui Jim offering) and one that is hard-shell and DOESN'T fold for when I need to pack them in a bag and wanted added protection. It's a small ask, but one I think many may appreciate! Overall: I'd have to say 5 stars here! The quality feel is evident, the look is stylish, the hinges and finish-work is all top-notch! I couldn't be happier.

I'm no expert at sunglasses so this isn't going to be a terribly detailed review. I bought these for me (female) but they're rather large for my liking so I gave them to my husband. These fit nicely on his face and stays on even when moving around a lot. Not snug enough for running, but good for everyday use. Comes with a collapsible carry case and a really nice, colorful microfiber cloth to clean your lenses. For the price of the classes I would have expected a better case, but for the most part these will at least protect the lenses from scratches in transit.

These glasses are super lightweight. They initially felt a little plastic-y and cheap, but they held up just fine over a week at Disney. I also appreciate the small rubber grips and nose pieces that keep them in place really well, as I don't think I ever had to push them up. The lenses really make all the colors pop! The foldable case is also really neat. It does make my Samsung S24 Ultra have some nice rainbowing when looking at it, but most other screens are fine if the polarization is the correct way. My wife's iPhone also looked fine. Very stylish as well!
