In my opinion, this is the most beautiful cat tree available. I've received many compliments on how nice it looks. I really thought we were doomed to live out the rest of our lives as cat owners with an ugly carpet pole in our living room. I am relieved that is not the case! Not only is it pretty, but it seems well made and the little cushions are so cozy. My cats LOVE this thing. They are always in the baskets. I've only really seen my kitten using the hidey hole and I've never seen any of them use the scratching sections. It seems like they are positioned too low. I would definitely recommend an alternative scratching post to compliment it. Other than that, the amount of times they nap on it leads me to believe it's the most comfortable cat tree we have owned. It's a gamble buying items for these finicky creatures. 80% of the things I bring home go unused, and my cats look at me with complete disdain. It's a humbling experience. This one was a winner! I do have some cons. The first is that I basically no longer have lap cats. If I'm upstairs, they are in their baskets snuggling. Before the cat tree, they'd be on mine and my husband's laps. It's unfortunate for me, but I'm glad they seem to really love and enjoy it. Especially considering the price tag. The second con is that I do wish there was a bare wood option with a 3rd taller branch and 3rd basket. I do wish the tree was taller in general, but I also have more than 2 cats that want to enjoy it together. All in all, my cats and I are extremely happy with this purchase, and I do plan to buy a second one for a lower level of our house! ... show more

A bit on the pricey side, but it's beautiful, sturdy, and the cats really enjoy it (tip: I saved our Amazon points so I ended up paying $2 and change)! We have so many cat trees and this one is the best because it's not an eyesore and actually fits with our decor better. I love that both baskets are strong and do not wobble so that means the cats will actually use them. The pads are super nice and plush and the legit branches are unique, fun, and beautiful to look at. The company knows that the best way to get cats to use the tree right away is to sprinkle it with catnip so a small packet of catnip was included and I love that detail. It was packaged well, super easy to assemble by myself; top to bottom, this is the best cat tree we've ever bought --hopefully it will last for a long time. The only slight ding is that the baskets are a little too close together so the lower basket is partially under the higher basket --I also couldn't get the dangle toys to be in the front. Despite rotating the two branches that the baskets sit atop, the lower basket is always a little under the taller basket. Not the end of the world, but something I wish were adjustable (same for the dangle toys, they're in the back and not able to adjust or change locations so they likely won't get much use). Would be nice if there were multiple rings under the basket and the toys were attached by rings that could detach so you could move them to better locations after assembly. ... show more

This is the best cat tree I’ve ever had. My two cats sleep in the baskets in this tree every day and they feel secure because the baskets are curved and are big enough for them to nest in. The cat tree also looks nice as a piece of furniture and is made of quality materials.

I hesitated for weeks to spend this much money! I wanted something to compliment my home and I loved the real wood so I finally just did it. This thing is just fabulous. My kit-cat seems to like it well enough. So much so, she has been chewing on the basket and I imagine it will need to be replaced down the road. I was glad to see you can buy replacement baskets from this company. She has not ventured to the top basket yet. We made sure it was nice and tight so it wouldn’t wobble. Hopefully she will try it out one day. The price is a bit high, but esthetically it looks nice with our decor, unlike a lot of other cat trees. We have another cat as well and she has not paid any attention to it, but then, her sister rules the house, so she’s probably waiting for permission. I’d say this cat tree should be half the price, but like many other pet parents, I go overboard on occasion. Ours didn’t come with instructions, but it’s easy to figure out. Make sure you use the long screw for the taller branch. We made the mistake of using it for the base and ended up with a long screw sticking up in the cubby hole. We had to re-do it. Overall…if you want a nice looking tree…and you can splurge, this might be for you and your purrr-baby or babies. ... show more

I like this cat tree so much, I came back and bought a second. I found them a teeny challenging to put together. Certainly not impossible. Would have been helpful if I was younger and had a helper. But I think these are top notch and I especially like that if a part wears out, I can replace it. Plus the company plants a tree for each one sold. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Good quality cat tree. I wish the fabric was just a little thicker for the price of this piece but it is nice and soft and washable.
