The picture shows the helmets are gray, they came and the helmets are black. Ohio State Buckeye colors are Scarlet and Gray. The helmets should be gray. It is a cute game for the grandkids.

My husband is a true Buckeyes fan & I try to get him something each Christmas to feed his passion. This was a little off the typical fan base stuff, kind of a novel fun surprise. It was fun to see his response on opening - now we just have to remember how to play checkers.

Love the Ohio State Team theme, but received black helmets instead of the advertised grey. Little disappointed, especially since it was a gift. Hoping to contact seller to receive correct color. Other than that, game board and pieces are of good quality. Made an Ohio fan happy.

    • Stickers don't stick
The purpose of the product is to see Ohio State, otherwise they are just checkers. The adhesive on both types of checkers -- base and helmet -- doesn't last long if at all. I have just finished the second gluing and they're a mess. Bought them for the grandson and he'll use and enjoy them, but should have just gone with the normal set. Go, Bucks! ... show more
