This maxi dress is just like the title says: beautiful, flattering, and comfortable! I love the little flutter sleeves and the flowers that are all over it. It’s my favorite color which is red and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I love the fact that it has a Built-in removable cloth belt. I wore it to church, but will also be wearing it to work. I love the maxi length of it as it hits just above my ankles. The material is not stretchy at all, but that doesn’t bother me because it’s true to size. I wear a size extra large and that’s the size that I ordered and it fits me like a glove. I also love the flattering V-neck. It didn’t have such a good price but I bought it anyway. I think $36 was a little bit steep but I got it on sale for $30 which was still more than I expected especially for Amazon. Hopefully it will last for years.

I ordered the Dot Maxi Dress in black, my usual size XL, and it fit well. It’s a little loose, but the L would’ve been too small. The wrap V-neck and flutter short sleeves are flattering and give the dress a soft, feminine look. The tie belt cinches at the waist just right, and the tiered flowy design gives it a nice flow without being too loose. I actually ordered it last minute for a funeral, and it met my needs on a time crunch. The material has no stretch, and unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be very high quality. While it’s still breathable and comfortable to wear, the fabric feels a bit stiff and less durable than I expected. I paid $36 for it, which feels a little high considering the material, but the flattering fit and versatility make it a good option. Overall, I’m giving it four stars!

Very nice dress. Lately I have been disappointed in some of my purchases. It’s impossible to believe most of the reviews on items - esp those that show virtually the same in all review photos - so I was shocked this dress was actually quite nice. I ordered a size S and a medium would have been way too large. I’m 5’1” somewhere a lb or 2 above or below 125 and short wasted. Depending on the brand I’m an 8/10 on top and a 4/6 for pants. I’m a 34 D bra but my higher chest measurement is 36 or 37” In Banana Republic tops I can wear Smalls or Mediums and pants in small or xs. In J Crew tops I wear mediums. Their fit models have longer torsos so their tops mostly don’t fit right on my frame. I like tops to flow and not pull. This is a feminine dress without looking too fussy. The fabric is a decent weight and lays nicely. It hits about an inch above my ankle. ) I have long legs. The top snap doesn’t pull in any way and the sleeves look as they should and not an after thought. I live in Vermont but spend a bit of time in NYC and this would be a 3 season dress in NYC and a 4 month Vermont dress. If you have a shorter torso area this band hits above the waist so hangs like a Georgian cut. I’m going to buy another in a different color. These should pack well because it wasn’t wrinkled coming out of the packaging.

This dress fits well and is true to size. It washed and dried beautifully. The color (red) and weight of the fabric are suitable for year round wear. However, the dots are chenille-like, but stringy and uneven. Especially along seams where the dots get caught in the stitching, the look is frayed. I used scissors to “groom” the dots. It definitely helps, but there are hundreds that need trimming. It will be a work in progress for awhile!
