Decided to try these after seeing all of the ads saying they went viral over TikTok (oddly enough I don’t watch TikTok very often so I had never seen anything on there about it). The first bottle I tried was the raspberry flavor- do not recommend that one. There were some reviews on here raving about how good it is but if you look at more recent reviews a lot of folks say something happened with that flavor and it doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Next I tried the strawberry which was good at first but after a week or two the taste changed. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it but tasted kinda plastic-y. I decided to go with fruit punch for the most recent bottle. Tastes fine so far but only a week or so in. If this one starts to taste funky I won’t buy anymore. I will say that I do feel like my energy increases when I take these. I don’t feel as tired and sluggish as I used to. Afternoon crash doesn’t happen. My husband and myself have been taking these vitamins for about 6 months, and we love them. We both noticed a significant increase in our energy levels when we started taking them. My mom even started taking them. We also take the nighttime multi minerals and my sleep has improved dramatically. I no longer struggle to fall asleep at night, and no longer wake up 2-3 times a night. They taste good, but honestly the fruit punch is my favorite. The strawberry is also good. I have tried many multivitamins but kinda stuck to the liquid version from Mary Ruth’s. It is a bit pricey however the taste is much better than other multivitamins found online. I feel this is best absorbed with food and easy to take in first thing in the morning. The ingredients and brand use premium stuff and can be trusted for what’s it’s supposed to do. I have not had a blood test done to check my vitamin levels but this does feel like giving an energy boost. I have to say I am truly impressed with this vitamin. I’m wondering if perhaps it is better absorbed because it is fluid. Regardless, I have seen great improvement in my hair, skin and nails. I have a lot of new growth in my hairline, nails are thicker, and my skin on my face does seen more clear and brighter. I saw changes within 2-3 weeks so works fast. Taste: slightly off-putting, but bearable. I appreciate that it's sugar-free and I'm willing to look past the taste (it's only two tablespoons a day.) Value: a little pricey, but I know this brand is high quality and I'm happy with the results. I could likely justify continued use of this product even at the slightly high price point. Pros: the amount of energy this vitamin gives me is off the charts. I don't drink coffee and I'm very busy with a career and children so I'm often tired. A couple weeks into taking this I feel great. The taste is not THAT bad. It's a different taste but not bad or intolerable in my opinion. Definitely not a raspberry flavor though lol. I’ve been taking this for a few months now and I have noticed a difference. I like the taste. Liquid vitamins are easier for me to take. I can tell it benefits my skin and hair growth. It doesn’t bother my stomach at all. The only thing I haven’t seen much improvement on is my nails. They are still rather weak and will break easily.
