My 4.5 year old loves this suit! The material quality is great. I love that the gloves are attached but he can still pull his hands out if needed. My son weighs 39 pounds, we bought the XS and it fits him great and is stretchy enough that he has some room to grow. The head piece/mask is a little big on him and the eyes are somewhat hard to see out of. It’s taken some getting used to but he seems okay with it now. I was a little skeptical purchasing this suit. I've seen so many options. Some of the other suits had the padded muscle look and didn't know if the quality and sizing would be accurate. I took the measurements from my daughter and ordered according to the suggested size and it was perfect. It definitely has some flexibility since the material is stretchy. Out of the box I noticed the quality was quite good, no tears, the zipper didn't look cheap. I love how it's a two piece. One for the mask and the other for the whole body. The gloves were full fingered and had an option of taking out without being disconnected from the actual suit. I noticed there was a zipper on the front but it didn't zip at all so I'm assuming it's an extra zipper if the one in the back were to come off? One thing to note is that it's a fully body suit and the bottom of the foot is just like the rest of the suit so it would be best if you purchased matching shoes to put on over the suit. Other than that my daughter and I love this suit. I believe the price for the quality was well worth it. Highly suggest you pay attention to the sizing chart and remember that there's room for some give since the material can stretch. ... show more

My grandson wanted to be spiderman for Halloween and he wanted the full suit. He is an 8-10 and we ordered the medium. It fit him perfectly and like a glove. He wore shorts and thin shirt and socks under it and you couldn't see them. Fitted and spandex style. The mask was a little big and he couldn't see well but it's a costume. My 3 year old grandson adored his Spidey costume for Halloween. I bought size XS, as he is the size of a 4-5 year old. He easily saw out of the mask eyes, when his mom adjusted it a bit to make sure it aligned with his eyes. The costume has a long rear zipper to easily egress the costume.
