Great costume, runs true to the sizing chart, but big for the typical size #. I am middle-aged, but small, 5'0" 105 lbs, and sometimes need to buy girls 12-14. Based on the sizing chart, I bought a Girls 7-8 (med). Seemed crazy to me, but it fits great, comfortable and not too tight (still a little long, but manageable). My daughter loves this costume and dresses up in it all the time. She loves ghost spider. It’s comfortable and stretchy as it should be. The zipper is small and seems somewhat delicate but I haven’t had any issues with it yet. I’m sure if it’s small on you it’ll be pretty transparent but that’s the nature of this type of material. My daughter was invited to a Spidey & Friends birthday party and she decided to wear Spider-Gwen. It was between this and the Disney Store one. I chose this one because I’d get it sooner and it was cheaper. I don’t have any regrets. It made her experience memorable. Decent quality. It’s thin but so are all of these Halloween costumes out here. She had on a layer of clothes on underneath. But even while thin, it definitely looked realistic. It stretched and adjusted to her body. The fit was exact. I ordered a Medium. She’s a tall 6 year old. She was comfortable all except when wearing the mask for too long which is expected. It pressed down on her eyelashes she said. The advertised size is M (8-10) but they sent M(7-8) and it doesn’t fit. Next size is L(12-14) so where is 8-10? For 44$ it’s a costly mistake.

This was perfect for my 7 year old daughter. It was tight like spandex but not too tight so it resembled the actual ‘Gwen Stacey’ character too. The hands were removable while still staying firmly attached to the costume. The facial mask thingy was also removable so your child can wear the mask or not with the hood on or off and the mask itself was very lightweight and breathable and my daughter could see very well through it. She thought it was so comfortable she didn’t want to take it off! The colors were vibrant and accurate! Very very good purchase! The zipper was pretty good through two days of wear but by the time I washed it, the material looked stretched out and close to ripping. It was a smidge tight across the shoulder blades so that could be why. After I washed it once, it held up wonderfully. Honestly would highly recommend this seller and this item. ... show more
