Marucci products are top shelf! Durable and proven year after year. The cat 9 connect is a wonderful entry level travel ball bat. Slightly end loaded but not as much as other end loaded bats. My 10 year old has no issues getting this bat around and finding the ball. He is 4’8 .. 95lbs . He currently swings a 30/20 .. If you find that sweet spot the ball will jump as good as any high end USSSA bat that is alloy. We also own the cat x connect. That bat is very evenly balanced compared to the cat 9 connect.
