WOW! Was I surprised when this quilt set came! It is soooo nice! The quality is great. It's quite heavy and I know it would be warm. It's not thin like other quilt sets I've ordered (that I have returned for that reason). The colors are so beautiful. It is so well designed. My only negative about it, and it is really not a negative, is that I'm not fond of the red and black buffalo check. I was hoping to find one without that. But it does add to the beauty of the quilt. I am so please with this quilt. I just can't say enough good about it. And this isn't a paid review. For the price, it is better than even ones more expensive. It is soft and comfy and should be warm compared to many that are not. So for the price it is a great value as well. Such a great product. I love this King quilt set. Every time I walk into my bedroom, it makes me feel happy! It is a brightly colored quilt with a pleasant pattern of cardinals, snowmen, deer and slightly leafy branches that form subdued wreaths. No Santas or happy holiday greetings! Instead, it just says Happy Winter, so you can feel comfortable displaying this for the whole season, not just Christmas. It has a lovely scalloped hem. It is not heavy! It washes well and does not fade. It dries quickly and comes out unwrinkled. This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon ever!! When I first received it I was disappointed because the colors were darker and not as bright a Christmas red and green as I wanted. But I kept it and the colors grew on me. It was a great price for a set. I purchased a king for my queen bed with a tall mattress and it has been lovely! Doesn’t quite reach the floor but has the extra width to keep us warm and covered which our queen spread wasn’t. It is sturdy and well made. Stitching has held up well! Washes well. Love the pattern and colors. This bedding set was advertised as a quilted bedspread, and I expected that it would be floor length on the sides. The length is fine, however, it’s the width of a comforter, and my current bedskirt clashes with the colors in the quilt, so now I have to buy a new bed skirt in a coordinating color. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful quilt, not too thick or too thin. It’s the perfect weight for us here in Florida. In addition, following the manufacturer’s guidelines, we washed and dried it before use. It washed and dried perfectly, with no shrinkage or colors bleeding. It’s a beautiful addition to our holiday decor, and it’s a great value, too! ... show more
