For the price the uppers and lining are great value for money. Construction-wise, the shoes don't hold up to even the most mediocre known brands. For example, the throat is poorly designed so that the laces are always loose at the front. The vamp is also oddly shaped, making it a bit tight on the bridge. I'm not really complaining and maybe it'll improve once I break it in. The defects are negligible when you're occupied. In other words the failings are not distracting. For the price, what can you expect? I would actually not recommend this brand if you have other ways of being frugal (buying better brands on clearance, etc.).
