Fits all of my papers and office supplies nicely. I ended up using a twist tie to secure the hanging baskets in a fixed location so that they do not slide or lift by accident. The instructions were not the best at showing the actual location for the screws, but the product is so simple that you can figure it out. The metal is light but sturdy. I also like that the shelves slide out, so you have easy access to everything and can take one out if you want to fit taller items. I dislike that I cannot actually attach the divider in the middle of the upright section. It is held in place by some tracks/grooves that it fits into, but it easily lifts out. I would like it to be more secure. If you want to store a thicker item in there like a binder, then this is probably a pro for you. My only other complaint is that my package only had 5/6 of the screws. Thankfully I had a similar one in my spares from other projects, so I just have one that isn't the same color as the rest of the kit. I suspect the screw got lost in the packaging process since one of the small threaded rods was also loose in the box when I received it.

I purchased this for my home office, it is a bit bigger than I expected, but that is on me because I did not pay attention to the measurements. Overall I like it and it serves its purpose. My desk looks organized and uncluttered.

Came with a decent screwdriver - a nice surprise - and plenty of extra screws. Instructions were fairly simple to decipher, and I didn't need any additional tools for assembly. A nice, large unit for my desk, which will be really helpful for organization. NOTE: there were four extra little plastic parts which were not included in the assembly instructions, but I clipped them to the bottom of the unit to serve as small "feet," and now it doesn't slide around on my desk.

Just as shown. Put together easily. A little cheap feeling (drawer doesn’t slide easily) but I still really like it. The gold is pretty, but once I got it up, I wish I had ordered the rose gold. Just a personal preference. All measurements listed are totally correct! So there were no surprises. Holds my 3 binders that are 1 1/2”. Lots of shelf space, but only 8 1/2x12” papers. Won’t fit standard folders. Fits perfectly on top of my file cabinet. And I love the detachable cups on side. I looked at several of these and glad I ordered this. Would recommend it to anyone.

It arrived with the back side bent on one side (see photo). My husband was able to get it fairly straight (not entirely); but I spent some time at first wondering how I was supposed to assemble it all with such a pronounced curve. And, honestly, I probably wouldn't be so annoyed had it not arrived damaged. The directions are HORRIBLE; and the extra screws and even screw anchors (?) can really throw ya for a loop. Don't bother trying to use the pitiful screwdriver that comes in the package. It's together now; and the files hide the bendy flaw in the back. But, this...for the quality is definitely over-priced at $32.
