At first, I was wary about buying a slim-fit shirt. I recently lost around 120 pounds, and have been excited to try all sorts of clothes/styles I've never been able to try before. I'm 5'8" tall, medium build, and currently weigh about 195 pounds. So I'm still 30-40 pounds overweight and still have a decent-sized gut and man-boobs. But I needed a business/dress shirt immediately, and wanted one that would continue to fit me well as I progressively lose more weight, so I went with a slim shirt. The size I went with was large and, to my relief, the shirt fits perfectly. I was worried it might be too snug around the chest area and at the sides, but it rests against my body nicely. My reason for rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit too short, particularly at the sides. This makes it cumbersome to tuck into your pants, because there's just not enough shirt to work with. When I bend down or move my body a certain way, the shirt pops out of my pants, and I have to tuck it in again. It's a bit less of a problem with looser fitting pants. Perhaps, as I lose weight, this issue will diminish or go away, but for now that's my only complaint. Other than that, solid shirt, especially if you're wearing it un-tucked. ... show more

The type of material has changed I have bought the same shirts several times over the last several years and they were excellent shirts with an amazing fit. The last few times I bought the shirts material has changed. It is now a cheap shiny cotton and the fit is much smaller. I am disappointed because the shirts should had become my staple in my wardrobe. I hope they return the old material soon otherwise I’ll have to find a different brand of purchase . ... show more

Finding dimensions that will fit a growing thin teenage boy was hard. This shirt fits very well. It is thin, and I wouldn’t want it worn on it’s own, but under a suit jacket it looked good.
