I’ve never had one of these before, but I gotta say I love it. I know as some of the reviews have said there are less expensive versions of this out there. But I also have to say that I’m really happy with this and I like the fact that it’s a name brand I can trust. So I know what’s going into it and I also know that it’s going to be made of high-quality. We’re not going to break down and we’re out too soon. It’s kind of a simple tool, but it feels really good on your scalp and for someone like me that struggles with dandruff in combination of the shampoo I usethis seems to help exfoliate my scalp and get rid of dandruff while helping with hair growth and the roots of my hair. So overall really happy with it and I’d buy it again if I needed to. ... show more

It is like any other scalp scrubber. It does what it's meant to do but I find the price point to be a bit much for what it is. I will say it is more ergonomic than other scalp scrubbers I've had.
