I ordered this item after waiting and watching the reviews for a whole year. The product i.e. the razor and the lotion are quite useful. Mind you this is a razor so do expect minor cuts (happened only the 1st time I used it) apply the lotion as per the guidelines mentioned in the paperwork in the box and you should be fine. Its ergonomic, has its own stand and my daily goto now for the mowing days! ... show more

    • Horrible Customer Service! Product had issues. I contacted them 6 times through their email link.
I bought this product and LOVED it. Then it shocked me. I thought perhaps I imagined it so I tried it again several times with no issue. Again, I loved the product. Then I used it a one more time and got shocked again. No doubt this razor had an issue. Now the razor shows lights for a few second then goes dark. It does not work. I again contacted Manscaped and expressed understood at this point on the colander it was a week past the 90 day return period. However I had contacted their customer service at the 1 month mark and explained I thought I got shocked. THEY NEVER RESPONDED! So as I said I used it 2-3 more times with no issue. On the 4th time I again was shocked. Accordingly, I once again started writing trying to have them simply send a replacement. All I wanted was for them to be fair. I had really liked the product when it did work. Now it’s a DOA defective product. I’ve never been so overwhelming disappointed with a product or a company. I did not want a pound of flesh, a gold plated apology or damages for any kind of “emotional pain”. I just wanted and rightfully expected a response to my 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th or other requests for assistance, advise or a replacement. It’s a shame a what had seemed to be an apparently good product with so many strong ratings was sold by a company with absolutely no interest in reasonable customer service. Heck, any response would have been reasonable. Do not buy this product if you want any level of concern for your satisfaction or frankly your safety. My next letter will be to the Federal Consumer Products Safety authorities. Shame on Manscaped. I would have left you a perfect review and likely bought several more of these as Christmas gifts for others. ... show more

This shaver is awesome. You can use it in a public shower like the gym and at work and no one can hear it buzzing. It cuts great and the fact that it's water proof makes it so easy to use in the shower.
