I ordered this to use to display clothing for sale online. It was missing the final bolt and nut to hold the body to the frame. I tried and tried to get ahold of customer service and never could get through. Sending it back wasn't really an option just for a bolt so I ended up taping the two sections together. Other than the missing part, it is a good quality product! I felt like it is a little pricey for what it is.

Base came broken, the mannequin is missing the trim details so the string is loose, there was red dye on the side. The metal stand over did not easily fit in base so it is barely attached and wobbly. The only plus is the feel and look of the mannequin. I guess we will see how long it lasts.
