I ordered this to use to display clothing for sale online. It was missing the final bolt and nut to hold the body to the frame. I tried and tried to get ahold of customer service and never could get through. Sending it back wasn't really an option just for a bolt so I ended up taping the two sections together. Okay, the title is obviously an exaggeration, but this item is so light, I was using it for decoration, but if I was a designer, it would be a no go. I took a costumes class in college, and the mannequins were heavy so you could pin/do whatever you needed and it wouldn't budge. This item is for display only. It's easy to assemble, but I don't want to accidently bump into it on the way to leave a room, and it topples over. Just saying!
