These ice skates are extremely poor quality, and I believe I should receive a full refund. I bought them for my son, and he finally wore them this weekend. While he was on the ice, I noticed he was struggling to stand upright because the sole and heel of the skates were already coming apart. This was very dangerous, and he could have been seriously hurt because of these defective skates. I would not recommend these to anyone! Do not waste your money on them. They are not work the money that I paid at all. I habe nothing poaitive to say about these skates. I ended up renting skates

It’s good as a first time skater! Definitely get them professionally sharpened when u get them or later after you used them. I know after like using them for my 6 or so hours they definitely need to be sharpened. I got them immediately after I used rental skates for the first time and it was like night and day. On the first day I could barely lift my hand off the wall but the second day with these skates I I think it fits nicely, if it’s too big it comes with shoe fillers so if u need like a 9.5, maybe get a 10 and then add the fillers! I don’t have anything to compare them to since they’re my first skates but I think they’re comfortable, and they feel a lot easier to skate in compared to the rentals! I feel way more confident to stand or skate or learn how to do practically anything in them. They’re pretty good!

I am in my mid 60's and my grand daughters just started ice skating. I haven't skated in years and took them wearing my old skates, 40 years old! I enjoyed it so much i decided I wanted to buy new ice skates. These are perfect! Very reasonably priced and received quickly. After getting them sharpened I went skating at my local indoor rink for one hour. They are Very comfortable! These are nicely padded in the boot all around the ankle including the tongue. Stayed snug the whole time. A Good purchase! I plan on skating more with the kids, but even alone it is a great workout for Grandma!

These skates look good. On a durability and quality level, I'd give it maybe 6 out of 10. Solid ice skates, just have a tough, tough leather that is basically inseparable from the base. These feel like they're good, but just not what you'd want for skates to keep for years. If your usage is light, then they'll obviously last longer. However, like I said, they just don't have that lasting quality feel to them. But, for learners and entry level folks they might work fine. I can't review the quality of the blades until we've had to get them sharpened a few times, so that'll just take time.
