This little candle warmer lamp works beautifully. I thoroughly enjoy being able to use the 3 different level lol s of brightness, and setting a timer. Very easy to use with the on the cord controls. Looks great on our kitchen island. Light reflects well through the glass lampshade, so glad they chose that over plastic. Heavy enough to feel sturdy after you add a jar candle underneath to balance the weight of the glass. The lightbulb that was included in still working after 5 months of frequent use. The fragrance from the candles is excellent. We even used some candles that we had burned traditionally where the wick was shot, but had a good amount of wax left. The light is a great night light. Being able to set a timer and turns off automatically is awesome. It is so much easier than lighting candles knowing the safety cutoff is less stressful. I looked high and low on Amazon for the perfect candle lamp and this is it. The glass looks more high end than the plastic or metal shades and I'm more comfortable with it getting hot since it won't crack or bleed paint or seep out plastic/paint fumes. This lamp fits with any aesthetic and is the best looking one on Amazon, IMO. In terms of functionality, I haven't come across any issues. I've been using it for at least 5 hrs each day as it's my main light source in my room at night. I could easily just use this as my only light while dual-purposing wax melting. I love that I can put the timer on and get into bed without having to get up to turn the lamp off. Even the box for the lamp is pretty and the inside packaging is great as there's styrofoam designed to keep the glass/lamp safe when storing away. I love the height adjustment and big enough plate to accommodate every candle I use. I don't have to wait long for the bulb to cool either. I can burn 2 hours or 4 hours then wait maybe 10? minutes and redo the timer. This would also make a great gift. I think the only negative would be the cord length. But, you can easily get around that with an extension cord. Customer service is also stellar. Good company. ... show more

While I think I will eventlually love this candle warmer, I am quite dismayed to find that the light (heat source) is NOT placed to shine into the middle of the candle. The base's divot for the candle's jar is not placed directly under the light source nor is the base evenly or "squarely" under the light and it shines in an offset position. Consequently the candle does not melt evenly and I have to turn the candle every so often in order for the melting process to be even. On a positive note, I do love the fact that I can enjoy the fragrance of my chosen candle without fear of an open flame. The unit itself is quite attractive and seems to be well made except for the light's position. I also like the controls offered in the switch--a timed function (2 , 4 and 8 hours), a dimmer, and an on-off button. ... show more
