This was purchased for my granddaughters who both love to play in their mother's make-up. This is a great alternative when you dont want your eyeshadow dug in to by a newbie to make up. While they are not allowed to wear it outside, I think that it gives them practice for the future since they have shown interest in makeup. I did worry that it would cause them to breakout of have a bad reaction on their skin but it has not caused any issues. The variety of the items that you get for the cost makes it a great starter kit. I love the convivence of the travel carry around when they visit each other, we dont have to put everything in bags and since we have taught them to never share makeup this keeps their items seperate. Once makeup play time has ended we had no issues when they cleaned their faces to remove the make up, again we were really concerned it would cause a break out or a rash and have not seen any issues. This made a great Christmas present for them both, and I think its the perfect gift for any girl just starting out and wanting to learn how to apply their own makeup. I used a US dime for reference so you can see the size of palette you will end up with. Not worth the price of the “deal”. The color correction palette is oily.
