These brushes are SUPER dense, soft, and don’t suck up product - they apply exactly the amount you put in them. No shedding and no shape changes after twice weekly washing for over 2 months. Super blendy and such a wide variety for a fraction of the price. The only possible downside is that they take longer to clean and 2-3 days to air dry due to density. I’m pretty good at applying makeup but my powder products are flawless. The handles aren’t affected by washing.. at all. I’m kicking myself for not getting better brushes sooner and struggling for this long. It feels like going from dollar store makeup to high end luxury brands for the first time, if that makes sense… Take the plunge, girl. You will not regret it. ... show more

I made a huge gift basket full of makeup and accessories for my nieces bday, this was one of many items I purchased however it was the #1 favorite item out of it all. Beautiful translucent color handles that have a quality feel, nothing like the cheap plastic I was concerned I might get. The brush tips were soft and both picked up and applied make up well. The larger brush tips came netted for protection as advertised so they were in perfect shape on arrival. All in all a great purchase that I wouldn't hesitate to make again. ... show more

If I used them on my own face it would be a 2, but I'm not so I'm not. They work fine, the angled and eyeshadow brushes are stiff enough, but the the larger they get the more the bristles fray out. Being big and fluffy is one things, these tend to lean towards frayed. Soft they are not, I have softer paint brushes and that's after years of acrylic paint use. But at the end of the day, they work. I use them only for my doll repainting and they work well for that ... show more
