I’m always a little leery of makeup brushes I buy online that aren’t from a well-known retailer. However, these brushes had great reviews so why not? They are extremely soft and well made. I haven’t had any issue with the bristles breaking or falling out. They hold powder well, and I used a couple for concealer (I’m usually a finger-pat gal) with great build-up ability. I wash my brushes every so often and haven’t had an issue with these washing cleaning (sometimes I’m stuck with an oily film on those I’ve used with concealer, tinted lotions…) and remaining soft and holding their shape. I’m careful not to submerge them but a couple have gotten dropped and no issue with the glue coming loose. The case is well made, easily snaps together, and stands upright so the bristles aren’t crushed. I was needing to add a few to the set I currently have and replace a few that were overdue. All in all, great product and I would buy again.

Nice quality brush set. I was soo happy to see it came with a cover.. and the cover has snaps to secure the lid to move around or for travel without the worry of losing them. So many holders don't have lids; who wants their brushes that we use on our face, to be exposed to dust, dirt etc. & then rub them all over our faces?! With this brush holder, I know exactly where all my brushes are.. & they are clean and ready to use!

This is coming from someone who has worn make up for 40 years and appreciates MAC, Clinique and Ester Lauder type of quality. The brushes are so LONG haired that it wont be effective for liquid coverup, blending and such. These brushes are more for applying loose powder, shimmer sparkles, or fluffy powder. You can't blend, smudge, work fast to put make up on. It's missing an eye brow brush. I could use about 2 brushes in here...going back to the mall for useful brushes. Excellent container and amount of brushes for the cost. But not for quick function person to use any type of blending coverup, eye liners and such.
