This is a nice bush set for the price. For $30 you get 17 brushes and a carrying case, which I don't really think you can beat. The brushes also look very nice and there is definitely at least one brush for all of your makeup needs. However, you do get what you pay for. The brushes aren't very dense, so you don't always get the level of coverage you might get from nicer brushes. In addition, I find that they don't clean well. I have darker skin, and my foundation has stained the brushes and I can't get them clean with my usual brush cleaner. So, the nice pink/white appearance is now light brown after washing. Glad I tried these brushes because I heard so much about them, but I will be sticking to some higher quality brands in the future. ... show more

Love these brushes. They do stain easily and don't always stay white. I have many pro makeup brush cleansers. I have been buying them for many years. I even gave them away as a gift to my Mom. They arrive with the brushes in a pvc plastic bag, you have to insert them. Once full it's hard to snap. The snap base should be moved over. I own 3 brush rolls full of WnW brushes now. I waited for them to go on sale as they do most holidays. ... show more

    • I'd get these brushes if you're a beginner, you won't be disappointed.
I love this kit, especially for a beginner but I own a ton of brushes and this one has a couple that are useless to me. The fan brush is unusable and one of the flat brushes is pretty bad but all in all it's a total win for the price. The brush roll is great quality and the synthetic bristles on almost all of the brushes are so soft. I've cleaned these and they come clean very easily. I'd recommend these for the beginner but this is also just a great addition to your collection as a travel set as well. I would've rated these 5 stars if the fan brush was better but let's be honest, you still can't beat the price for the quality here. ... show more

    • For the price it’s good - but...
There is two reasons why I gave this 3 stars. First, and most importantly - the brushes didn’t come in good condition. Some were dirty. Not dirty as in they were covered in make up but it looked as though someone lightly dusted their desk with the brushes. None of the brushes came covered. Which means, hairs of the brushes were strayed. I’ve ordered wet and wild brushes off amazon (individually) before and this was never the condition I received them in. I mainly got this because there are brushes that I can’t get individually and they came with the case. Which leads me into my next issue. Which isn’t a big deal, but still - the case was a tad small for all the brushes to fit in. I managed to squeeze and lock it shut, but didn’t anticipate the fight I guess. Over all, I’m disappointed but the price point for what you’re getting is there. The brushes are soft and this probably will be my last purchase of this, but I still highly recommend and will probably buy again the individual brushes. My advice is to just wash and thoroughly clean the brushes before you use them - especially if they weren’t properly handled and shipped. All the brushes were carelessly thrown in a bag all together with the cover folded up. It’s as simple as wrapping them individually to protect the brushes. ... show more

Overall great brushes, i love the wet n wild brushes. The only thing is with this set 2 of the brushes came damaged, there was the brush part missing at the top. The others were fine though, probably just a bad batch. They are great for the price tho!
