I thought I would like that it had a handle on it. That’s one of the reasons I picked this one. But it’s not even necessary and I hardly hold the handle. It does help clean my brushes though. So it gets the job done.

    • Doesn’t move around while trying to clean your brush
I have make up brush, cleaning tools like silicone mats that suction to your sink, but they always move around while I’m trying to use them. It’s super frustrating and makes it a lot more difficult to clean my brushes. This product does not do that, the hand strap on the back makes it so much easier to use that I find I’m cleaning my brushes more often because it doesn’t take as long and it’s less frustrating. ... show more

This is handy for properly cleaning your makeup brushes without damaging them. You can gently scrub away all the oil and makeup on the brush mat without tearing or disfiguring the bristles. I have never cleaned my brushes so quickly! A friend who’s a MUA used a similar mat, so I decided to get one off Amazon. I have deep brown skin & I use really pigmented makeup, usually in bronze/red tones; so believe me when I say these brushes looked DIFFERENT. Works very well at cleaning my brushes. Since it has a handle in the back for you to cup around your hand, it lets you get a really good scrub on the brush. The little designs on top work effectively to ensure my brushes get clean without damaging the brush !

    • Perfect for multiple brushes
I am able to wash 6-10 brushes with this mat in about 5 minutes or so (I tend to wash 2 at a time). I also don’t have to grip the brush pad hard like I did with my tiny old one, the little sleeve at the bottom is perfect for gently keeping it straight.
