Smell: A little strong at first but not bad Product Effectiveness: It takes a minute to work but once it kicks in it gets Hot!! fast. How to use: A little goes a long way. I use it before a work out, plus I eat healthy-ish to increase the effectiveness of the product. My rating: 4 out of 5 stars because you have to wash it off about 30 mins after a workout because it gets Hotter and Hotter and it don't stop. It burns so much it gets painful. I used to much at first, a tablespoon or less is enough. Anymore and it burns. I will continue to use and I will buy again. Update: I brought this product again because I actually loss 2 inches over 2 or 3 months of use, but it was a combination of factors. 1) Food: I eat 50% fruit & vegetables, 40% meat and 8% whole oats (oatmeal mainly) plus 2% junk food. 2) I do 30 to 60 minutes cardio 3to 5 days a week and about 10 mins abs workouts twice a week. 3) I wear a sweat band on my stomach for hours but I use this product under my sweat band. So I gave it 5 stars even though it burns but after plateauing twice this cream gave me the extra push I needed. Plus at times my body got use to the burn. For more information just send a respond.

I received this about a week ago. The first thing that pleased me more than anything else, was the fact that the bottle came both with a pump, and a flip top dispenser lid, as well as the regular screw-on cap, giving me the option to use whatever kind of application method I preferred. I like that when I apply this product, I can feel the heat, which makes me think that it's working. It appears that my skin is firmer and that there has been a reduction in cellulite, but I have been using it in combination with another cream designed for the same purpose, and with increased weightlifting and Cardio, so objectively, I am unable to identify this cream as the sole source of the reduction...but I would definitely say that this cream appears to have worked more than the other one, simply because of the heat effect that I feel after having applied it, for several hours. The other cream smells good and is also supposed to reduce cellulite, but I don't really feel any particular sensation on my skin after having applied it. For the ladies, I would suggest being very careful about applying it too high up on your inner thighs because the intensity of the heat could be a bit overwhelming, if you know what I mean. But I can tell you is that I will definitely purchase this item again. I don't think I'll purchase the other cream again, given my perception of the effects of both of them. It definitely has a somewhat intense fragrance once you initially apply it, like eucalyptus or Menthol... It definitely smells like it is organically based, but it is intense when you first apply it. Plan on feeling the heat for a few hours. If you apply a sweat vest or other tight fitting clothing after you have applied the cream, expect that its effects will be magnified by that.

Okay, I have been using this product for a few months(only use 1-2 pumps after I wake up & before bed and still half full after 3+ months) and now have my final verdict: *The product seems to be working because it is like IcyHot were it starts cold and gradually get warmer. *It does have a really strong minty smell when you put it on but it is not to overpowering. *It does NOT matter where you keep this product, it will disperse/evaporate over time to less than it was after your last pump. *I use this on my stomach bulge with exercise as well and have noticed no difference in when I started up to this point. My stomach fat actually grew so now I am considering cosmetic procedures. *DON'T apply clothes immediately after putting this on or the clothes will stick to the area of your body you put it on, it will hurt to pill off(almost like peeling off wax from face/body), and it will make clothes wet to the touch and they will stink of heavy mint. *You do have to wash your hands well after applying this product or it will burn your eyes if you touch/rub them. Wash hands for 1 min after just to be safe and dry well! *I have muscle and joint pain from a car accident and use this for that too but it does not work and it only made the pain worse. *Unfortunately, mine did come about 90% full and for some reason I thought it would be large like the picture but it is actually small, about the size of a small soap dispenser. Would have loved more for what I payed for it... *Personally, I think this product is a waste of money if you have big area of fat you want to did rid of/minimize. I would recommend considering something like Liposuction or Cool Sculpting. I'm glad I tried it though.

I have an injured hip and pain flares up when I start exercising more. With an assortment of remedies I have managed to control the pain and put off having a hip replacement for the moment. I use a host of treatments like a radio therapy machine, lots of menthol and hot rubs, and yoga. It all helps. I recently went horse riding and knowing that would be a major aggravation to my hip I applied this. No pain. None. Lots of heat. Three hours after riding (so about 4.5 hours after applying the lotion) my hip still had a very pleasant radiating heat that stopped the muscles contracting and causing issues. There was no strong scent either - not like the odor of menthol that lets everyone know you have an injury (I quite like that smell I just get annoyed with people asking about it). I'm sold on this product for that. I'm back today to buy more. I have not tried it for the cellulite areas so can only speak to the muscle aid. I also like the applicator as it controls where the 'hot' goes. I am always a bit worried about touching my eyes post heat application and this does help make it a bit more controlled. I highly recommend it as a sports aid.
