I had to add fabric to the back where the hook and hoops are because they were scratching my back. Once fixed it fits great and is comfortable. It doesn't do wonders, if you are child size, like me, you will still look child size. It also doesn't cover up my deformed ribs, but most bras don't. Very smooth and comfortable. Most underwire for 30DDD and 32DD is not shaped well enough for smaller band sizes, but this hits in a nice spot. The cup has great coverage that is smooth-looking under even my thinner t-shirts. This was my second purchase.
