    • Assembly Takes Some Attention, but the Finished Table Is Worth It

I got this bar-height table to use in my garage, and it has turned out to be a really comfortable setup for sitting with a drink or snack while watching a movie. The height works well with my bar stool, and the round top provides enough room without taking up too much floor space. I also like the rustic brown finish. It fits the garage setting nicely while still looking like an actual piece of furniture rather than a basic workshop table. Assembly took me a little while, but it was not particularly difficult. My main advice is to pay close attention to the alignment of the holes on the four wood panels that connect to the metal footrest supports. I accidentally installed one of the four faces in the wrong orientation and had to go back and correct it. The parts can look similar while assembling them, so checking the hole locations before tightening everything will save some time. Once assembled, the table looks good and feels comfortable to use. The circular metal footrest is also positioned at a convenient height when sitting on a bar stool. The small open shelf in the center is useful for keeping a few items off the tabletop. My only real complaint is that the tabletop is made from two pieces instead of one solid piece. The seam closes tightly and there is no significant gap, but crumbs and dirt can still collect along that line. Since I am using it in a garage, that is something I will have to clean occasionally. I would have preferred a single-piece top, both for appearance and easier cleaning. Overall, this is a good-looking and practical bar table for a garage, game room, basement, or other smaller space. Assembly requires a little attention, but the finished table is a comfortable height and works perfectly for how I planned to use it. ... show more

    • Good appearance, but the assembly experience wasn’t great.
Color: Rustic Brown

I like the look of this round bar table, but the assembly was a headache. The cam lock bolts just wouldn’t stay engaged with the cam lock nuts. I ended up putting it together, taking it apart, and rebuilding it three different times trying to get everything to actually lock in. The assembly is not that complicated, but it just doesn't want to stay together. After I finally got it assembled, I moved it to where I planned to use it and heard another cam lock nut come loose and rattle around inside the frame. I’m not taking it apart again, and even with the loose/missing hardware it seems to be holding together fine for normal use. Once it’s standing, it’s a nice‑looking table with a good height and footprint. I’ve built plenty of furniture that uses this same cam lock system, and I’ve never had this kind of trouble before, so the hardware on this one feels inconsistent. Good appearance, but the assembly experience wasn’t great. ... show more

    • Good for a Small Space
Color: Rustic Brown
This fits perfectly in my small kitchen area. The vintage design adds a chic touch without being too over the top. It feels sturdy, which is reassuring when you have a few drinks on the table. Kind of has a farm aesthetic to it. One of my favorite features is the footrest. I’ve spent quite a few evenings working on my laptop while seated at the table, and it definitely helps me. I like that it doesn’t take up too much space while still being large enough to fit several snacks and drinks. Assembly was straightforward, and I managed to get it set up in about an hour with no help. The materials feel decent for the price point, and it doesn’t look cheap, which is always a plus. ... show more
