Purchased July 2018, installed July 2018. Today 6/18/2019 was the first time i drove my wife's Hummer H2 this year and noticed it was really loud. I grabbed my creeper and rolled under it to see both ends of the muffler are cracked, not sure if it is all the way around and don't care. This cat back system sounded great and I was very pleased with the fitment, BUT! It is no good to me if it lasts less than a year before failure. I love cars but not this much!!! I am in the hopes that Magnaflow stands behind their product! I will reply to this review if they do, cross your fingers this wasn't cheap! Update! 6/20/19 After calling the manufacturer, they informed me that they do stand behind their product and that I would have to go through Amazon for warranted since they were the authorized distributor. So called Amazon with my request. The operator told me I had to go through the manufacturer (lie#1), I refused, The operator said that this was out of warranty (lie#2), I'm persistent, I let the operator know I had a case number from the manufacturer and that I already spoke with them, The operator said they could only refund me the money (lie#3), I explained I can not drive without an exhaust so I would need the same exact replacement. The operator said they did not have any in stock (lie#4) I checked online and they had 2, The operator said that he was looking at the master list that I could not see (lie#5). I told him to buy another if they didn't have any in stock! Finally I had enough and gave the operator the manufacturer's number, while I was on hold I was patched through accidentally to the conversation and the manufacturer telling the Operator they had a contract and Amazon directly dealt with all warranties then lost the patch. The Operator came back on the phone and said he was waiting for the manufacturer to pick up the phone (lie#6), I called his BS by telling him word for word the conversation. He immediately put me on hold then I was transferred to someone who took care of my warranty immediately with no talk back! I have a new exhaust coming in 6/22 and shipping old one out 6/24. Amazon, you are not a credit collection agency. If I was a pushover you would have a customer less 600+ dollars and a broken car. You really need to step up your customer relations, I would expect the operator to do everything in there power to help me out but they did not and that taste stays with you. Kudos to Magnaflow for standing behind their product! I will purchase your products in the future, just not through Amazon!
