    • Sounds okay, fit was poor
Unlike another review, I made sure to buy the correct system for my truck, shipped straight from MagnaFlow. First problem, one of the expanded parts of the pipe (where two pieces fit together and seal) was bent before shipping and required bending it back out to allow the connection to be made. The box was fine so this had to be done before it shipped. Second, the location of the hangers made it almost impossible to mount without contacting the body, a heat shield, or the spare tire. I managed to squeak out an inch of clearance all around (the instructions call for half that), but by the time I had made it to the part store to get an adjustable hanger, the tip had melted a piece of trim. Would I recommend? No, not unless you go into it planing to adjust the hangers either bend or cut and re-weld. As well as weld all of the joints, even though this bolt on kit should not need that. Purchased for a 2000 Gmc Yukon slt, listed as correct application , mount on front pipe is a good 8" in the wrong spot (see photo). Will check the rest of system over carefully before proceeding. Quality seems good,quality control not so much.

Fantastic addition to my 03 Suburban. Nice tone without being intrusive. This was installed along with a K&N air filter and a Bully Dog tuner. Overall results have been excellent with a +4 mpg increase on mixed highway driving using the prompts from the BD driving coach feature.
