Great machine once you figure out how to use it. Machine was easy to use but the software program was not easy to use. Best Buy Geek squad helped make it easy and understandable. Finally, Now it is the best, I’m ready to buy a back up! The old one broke down after five years, so I bought a new one. Unfortunately it doesn't use the old driver and couldn't get the printer to work. So I called the BODNO company and got their IT tech, Angelo to assist. It was great how they were able to do it remotely and get my system working. Now I am able to get back to using my ID printer! Angelo Is very patient and very knowledgeable. The product never worked. Called customer support. Spent an hour on the phone with them to discover that it was their print film that was defective (or so they say because I still haven't gotten a single card to print). I was going to return it because I needed the id cards printed that week. They promised me they'd send a replacement via Fedex. At the end of the day I found out that they shipped it via standard US mail... so it won't arrive for over a week. Cards that come with the product are very flimsy. I was looking for a all inclusive ID card printing solution for our office when I came across this. I did some research of my own and it seems that this was a pretty decent product. The initial set up is pretty easy and the cards printed in good quality and looked professional. I also enjoy that the software has built in template and it also allows you to create your own templates. This item also came with a USB camera the camera itself produces OK quality pics all in all a good buy. I've used a couple different systems, and for printing around 100 employee cards or so, this is the perfect solution. Easy to set up and the card creation software is basically drag and drop. Takes a little while to get used to the interface but it is fairly intuitive. Consumables are easy to load and handle. If you are planning on importing an excel sheet, you'll need an upgrade on the software. Otherwise it only took about 30 mins to input 6 fields each for 85 employee cards. Recommended. ... show more
