  • Warhammer hits hard.
My man loves Warhammer and everything synergizes well.

  • BLOOD TOKENS FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
Love these decks, all my friends play both Warhammer 40k and Magic so we get to do shenanigans in both IP. The Tyranid deck is my favorite followed by the Necron one.

  • Mostly good (deck count as some have reported)
I've purchased this set of 4 Warhammer 40k decks 3 times. They're an interesting take on MTG. The FIRST and THIRD purchases were great (got all four decks): pretty good prices & got what I ordered/expected. The SECOND purchase (I returned) only included ONE DECK so I refunded (they didn't offer an option to exchange). ... show more

  • Only received one deck.
Received only the tyranid deck, the others were missing. Returned for a refund. Box was in good condition, but not what was ordered.

  • Very fun
I found the decks to be extremely fun. They're clearly intended for advanced MTG players but any average person could pick one or two of these up and learn it fairly quickly. In terms of power level versus other MTG Commander products, I'd say they are mid/upper tier but some decks are clearly more powerful than others. ... show more

  • Missing the Necron deck, not really upset but demands better quality control...
I'll cut to the chase. I received 4 decks but recieved two Imperium decks (Glory be to the Emperor!) and missing the Necron one. I am a little upset because I wanted the Necron Deathmark card for my Sultai flash deck. I like the Necrons and think they're a cool faction with an awesome lore, cool aesthetic, and seeing their design result in the creation of a fresh take on artifacts is very impressive. I am a little upset to not have that in my hands in the current moment. That being said, I am not a fan of that playstyle (artifacts or reanimate) personally. I am okay with having a second imperium deck (the Custodes is just *chefs kiss*) and the value in that deck is slightly higher than Necrons at the current moment so if anything I got an even better rate. HOWEVER, this is a failure in quality control by not delivering exactly what I ordered. I wanted 4 of each and I've ordered all four commander decks for another commander products on two separate occasions both without an error in the past. And apparently I am not alone in this. What I am getting at is if you are considering buying this be aware it's basically roulette. If you just want the cards buy the singles Cardkingdom #1 (also forming a union, so based!) or Tcgplayer #2 (use tcgplayer direct if you can). If you want to support these kinds of products please buy them from your local game store if possible (if the owners are cool anyway). Lastly, if you are insistent on getting all of them I recommend a trading card website. If they have any try Cardkingdom or Starcitygames for your sealed products. They'll take the effort to make sure you get want you ordered because they are fellow nerds. I have been playing Magic since 2016 and have gotten into Warhammer (Lore mostly and also learning Killteam and have a Novitiates squad) about 2 years ago. Needless to say recently was so hyped for this product and got them all for about $175 on Amazon so overall great deal! I hope for more warhammer and magic crossovers in the future. My dream would be a RB Khorne demon warrior/astartes deck, a U or UB Harlequin blink deck, a W/WR Imperial Knights (mechanically interesting to see white go tall AND not rely on Angels do so), and a GR Ork d20 deck (maybe sacrifice or fight mechanics to represent a good Krumpin?) . Wotc and Games Workshop hit a home run with these products and should be proud of this collaboration. ... show more
