    • I feel a little scammed
The box was pretty tore up; it looked like a repacked, used box. In fact, the reflectors were missing the clips that lock them onto the spokes, so they got ductaped on while waiting for ordered reflectors. Also, the "multi tool" included was too big and stipped the bolts...so use your own sockets to tighten everything down. In the first couple weeks I fixed 7 punctures in the original inner tubes. I also repeatedly replaced both innertubes (3 on the rear and 2 on the front). The next week (3rd) the rear tire shredded apart like dry leather. So I bought a new tire from a local bike shop. A few days later the front tire was replaced after it popped a few more times. I've spent $210 in 3 weeks just keeping the bike rideable. I feel like I got a bike someone else already returned. The guys at my local bike shop have filed small burs and scratches off the inside of the rims, inspected the wheels several times since they did ALL of the work on the bike. At this point, it's working fine, the replacements seem to have solved the problems finally. The tires on this bike are apparently made of confetti and hair spray, so beware! I will never buy this brand through Amazon again. ... show more

Everything is cheap quality on this bike which can be expected because of the price. The brake pads makes very loud noises from day one. I contacted the seller to send better pads, the seller refused and advised me to clean them which I did or upgrade them out of pocket.
