DO NOT BUY. This was an expensive Christmas present for my son, and it does not even power on 4 months later and the sellers response was “we only warrant this for 3 months. You’re not eligible for a refund or replacement.” That is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Amazon should not allow them to sell unless they disclose that they will not stand behind their products for more than 90 days. ... show more

Bought for kids as christmas gift have good battery life all had a charge out of the box great product for the money, if you’re into giant instruction booklets you’re not gonna find it here, but lets be honest everyone should know how these things work by now

My son received the item for Christmas. It appeared to work at first however after 20 minutes starting beeping saying the battery was going dead. It will not hold charge and he can only ride for about 10 minutes before it starts beeping again. I tried contacting customer service and have yet to hear back from them.
