Received package in great timing! When tried on for the first time they fit pretty well. I'm tall, so the fact that the pant leg touches the floor (while barefoot) is awesome! I am 5'11" and about 165lbs (athletic build but still have some baby weight in the tummy; I have a 6 month old). I ordered a size Tall Medium and they fit great out of the package. We'll see after a few washes if they shrink at all but so far I like them.

I work as a police dispatcher and our uniform is a polo with a pair of 5.11 tactical pants. Let me tell you something, the 5.11 pants are NOT cut for women. We are talking an absurdly low rise that still gives you a camel toe the minute you sit down, and that was even after going up 2 sizes over my usual size. So I tried a couple of different brands to see if a different tac pant would fit better. They don't. I truly feel for women who have an actual need for tactical attire because the manufacturers of such just aren't getting it right. I, as a dispatcher, do NOT actually need tactical pants to sit at my console for 8-16 hours, so when these pants came up in a search, I decided to try them out. Y'all, they are amazing! I am 5'1" and 135lbs and these pants fit like they were cut for me in the hips and rise, and they are just a tad too long, a huge improvement over most regular size pants that are usually at least a couple of inches too long. They are just sturdy enough with just enough pockets to a) be useful and b) pass as tactical pants when I pass my Sgt in the hall, and they are WAY CHEAPER than any actual tactical pant. I know most women who are shopping for scrubs don't care how they compare to tactical pants, but if you are a woman who, like me, found this item because it came up in a search for tactical pants, just buy the pants. After reading most all of the reviews and searching for those individuals that are approx my size I ended up purchasing the Medium pants. These pants were huge more like a large if you ask me. I am not one to wear tight fitting clothing, but I do like a well fitting pant. I am 5'7" and weight 170 pounds, usually wear 8-10 in jeans or medium in yoga pants, and have a bit of a belly since I had a baby. I ended up sending the Mediums back due to them looking like wide legged pants, like the ridiculous ones that you would only see on the run way or celebrities. I went with the small regular and they fit perfect! I wear them with New Balance Vibrams and Brooks running shoes and they hit my shoes perfectly. If I were to wear my Dansko professionals they might be just slightly shorter, however I feel that the tall on me would drag on the ground. They fit perfectly around my waist, but I would consider them more of a low rise instead of high waisted. If I bend over they do come down in the back slightly, but I wear the long sleeve women's Target shirts (that are long) and there is no showing of anything and I do a lot of patient care. They are light weight, comfortable and sturdy. I also washed them on cold and dried them on low and there was no shrinkage. I don't usually leave full reviews, but I feel that since I wear these 3-4x/week this was an important one to review. Hope this helps!

These scrubs are great. Lots of pockets and just roomy enough. I found they were a bit long for my 5'6" height so I hemmed them. These are my favorite and I plan to buy in more colors! Update: After my first full day wearing these I found them to be too big (I ordered a small). I had hemmed them (shortened by 1 1/2") and took in the bottom of the legs because they look a bit like bell bottoms. I thought I would have a good fit but they loosened throughout the day and would fall too low in the back, so I was always pulling them up. If you buy too large, you may lose your pants! I really wanted to love them but, but the lack of adjustment in the waist and wide legs takes my rating from 5 Stars to 3 Stars and I returned the second pair that I purchased.

This is my second time ordering these because I absolutely love them. When they first arrive, they definitely feel stiff. After one wash, they soften to a perfect old t-shirt feel. Before ordering set #2, I would wash my set at night just so I could wear these (instead of other scrubs in my closet) for my shift the next morning. These don’t shrink beyond what I’d expect for this material, roughly 1 cm. For those who are wondering what size would work for them, I’m 5’10”, 145 lbs, with an inseam off around 33-34” in most pants. The small tall is perfect before and after washing.

I really love the comfort and style of these scrubs... I needed something lightweight for summer and to wear while working in the yard, lounging around, or running errands and these fit the bill, perfectly. The reason that I only gave them 4 stars is because I wish that they were a bit higher in the "rise"... I definitely need to wear them with long shirts or my lower back shows (mostly because my waist is small and hips are larger). They also tend to 'pick-up' lint fairly easily... although, nothing that a lint-brush or roll of tape can't fix though. If these were made in a "high-rise" I would buy every single color, and two of each!! ;)

Sizes are true. Fits great, super comfy but no butt. So when walking up the stairs or sitting down the back slides down because these don’t have enough fabric for the butt area. If you are as skinny as a rail and have no butt whatsoever then these pants are for you. They look good and are comfy but not practical if you have a woman’s body.
