At this price point, and with this fabric type (reading the fine print, this is dreaded polyester), I didn't have very high expectations, but took a chance on it because of the OEKO-TEX chemical free promise and encouraging reviews. I'm very glad I did, because it has turned out to be the coziest, most comfortable comforters I have ever purchased. The texture alone is 10/10, front and back, it's so soft to the touch. Where as the top is a very pleasing feeling faux fur, the underside is just pure luxurious softness. Not sure how they turned polyester into this texture, but whatever they're doing, everyone else should be copying. I'm so tired of these scratchy, papery thin microfiber undersides on comforters. This is how the underside of a comforter should look and feel. So, the softness aside, the second best part about this comforter is its weight. I don't know how to describe it other than a perfect amount of heaviness. You crawl under it and it just feels so... comforting. Other features of note is that it looks nice and it washes well in terms of durability and no pilling. I can tell it's just not going to fall apart anytime soon. Now, I would love to say that it looks exactly the same after a number of washes, but at about wash number 6 (at low, light, handwash, cold settings), the faux fur has started to lose that silky luster it had when it first arrived. I find this only a minor issue, though, and would only take about a half a star off the rating if it was possible to do so. Because, regardless, the comforter still looks really good, just less shiny. One thing I would recommend doing, though, is moving the comforter a little lower on your bed than you might be used to doing, so that when you sleep, only your sheet is anywhere near your face. I did once wake up to the furry side up against my eyeball, which was a pretty painful, eye watering affair for a few minutes, but this can happen when anything rubs up against your eyeball when sleeping, like actual fur from cats. Anyways. Again, this comforter is surprisingly high-end feeling for the price and I would highly recommend it. Totally love it!

It is a little smaller than my queen sized blanket that’s almost like this, but nonetheless it is what I was hoping for! I love these type of blankets for the winter. It is not as fluffy as it looks in the photo and when I tried it it felt a little stiff and it’s also slippery when I was laying on it. 😆 doesn’t shed that much but also because I just got it last night and haven’t washed it yet so idk how it will be after. I have a full sized bed and it hangs almost to my floor. Very sleek/chic I love it. It is winter in Alaska, it kept me warm, even a little too warm! I don’t like my house too hot either. Perfect.

I wanted to go with a cozy yet elegant aesthetic for my bedroom. I came across this comforter set and decided to purchase a king in the cream color. This comforter set is gorgeous!!!! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the length being short. You can't see it in these photos but we had to pull the blanket down so it hung over the mattress. Then on the sides it does not cover the mattress, so we had to pull it over again to hide it.

I have had a smaller version of this blanket on my recliner for a year now. I love it for the comfort it brings as well as the warmth. Sometimes we feel like a little self-care is needed and you can have it with this beautiful blanket. I bought the King size version and recommend the size because why not? You cant have to much of this softness. It washes/drys well looks new right out of the machine. It has a nice amount of weight feel. Would be a wonderful addition for a family group to snuggle up with in front of Christmas movies and cocoa. Because of menopause I am hot most nights and long for the Fall/Winter when I can have a colder room and snuggle up with a blanket at night. Imagine yourself engulfed in a giant cloud. No pain from joint presssure because there is extra blanket to tuck underbody parts. For the price It was well worth just one day of use. But I think you will love it and buy another one. Go bigger in size cant have to much of this softness. I did not receive any comp for my comment. God bless.

The comforter is gorgeous. It went perfectly with my black and white glam bedroom theme. Naturally, I wanted to love it. But, as other reviewers have said, it sheds like crazy.. I have black fur all over my apartment and body. I hoped after washing it several times the shedding would decrease. But I have now washed it 3 times and it sheds even more than the first time. I always washed it on gentle and dried it on low, using front loading machines. It also feels like a weighted blanket. I'm a woman under 100 pounds so it would weigh my body down to where it would feel difficult to change positions . It does get very warm. If I set my phone on it, it will immediately overheat. And sitting on top of the comforter, I'd find myself sweating. I'm extremely cold-natured and at times would also find myself burning up under it. I wanted to love this so bad. But, sadly, I've reached the last day of my return window and it is time to look for a different product. Hopefully I just received a defective one, as I scoured reviews before purchasing and many people seemed to not have a problem with it. But I wasn't willing to try a replacement for this same item. In summary, it is very comfortable and cozy, and would be perfect for winters, and for someone who could handle the weight of it. If I could buy it again, though, I'd probably try purchasing from a different website.
