These microfiber hair towels were thinner than pictured and that’s why I took off one star. I have shoulder length wavy hair and since it’s not thick, these towels work great for me. I would not recommend to anyone who has long and super thick hair as this towel wont do the job. The towels are soft, colors are beautiful and when hair is wrapped and buttoned, it stays nicely in place until I'm ready to style my hair. When comparing using a cotton towel with microfiber, the results are definitely better and my hair is not frizzy. I've struggled with styling my wavy hair and have finally learned how to do it. I wash, condition and comb through in the shower, then gently wrap in this towel. I scrunch with curl cream, then scrunch again after the hair is dry. I feel the towel plays a part in retaining the moisture (which is really important for the scrunching process) so I'm happy with my purchase. The brown and pink set is lovely and ideal for me as I color my hair every month and needed one darker color. I’ve not yet washed, so not sure how well they will hold up. You don't realise how uncomfortable having a big towel wrapped around your head is until you try these wraps and you have no "whip lash". I used a similar towel to this before buying this one. Though this one is also made out of microfiber, it does not feel like microfiber material. It's not as stretchy as the other one.
