    • They nylock should do a good job of keeping it from falling apart
Ordered four of these units. 3 of them came damaged and one came without the rubber mat that sits on top. Of the damaged ones, 2 were cosmetic in nature, and since they were going into a shop environment, I just used them. The other was so badly banged up it had to be returned. This doesn't appear to be a shipping issue, as the box it came in was pristine. The nuts and screws they give you to connect the top shelf to the lower cabinet have very small phillips slots, and very thick nylock. This means the screw immediately strips when you get it close to tight. The legs are bent slightly outward, so when you get all 4 bolts in, the shelf stays put but you will never be able to get it apart to readjust the height, and the screws are never really fully tight. They nylock should do a good job of keeping it from falling apart. The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is that once it is assembled, the carts do seem fairly sturdy and roll rather nicely. cart is solid and keyboard tray is nice and smooth. Though it was missing the bolts that let you select tray height and as other have stated is was damaged during shipping, lower ding in the cabinet.

Its is not difficult to assemble if you have a little of mechanical skills and someelse helping hands, it is well built its sturdy, beautiful, you got for what you paid for, the only issue is mostly what other customers have been experiencing, it not well protected for shipping, so ours came with minor bumps and a major noticeable ding, all resolved with a simple call to the outstanding Amazon customer services that through the years they have never disappointed me, I did modified this cart to my needs and for the price I paid, it saved me 3,500.00 of what a medical cart have as tag price for dual monitors this days. ... show more
