The media could not be loaded. I really like the way it looks. Dislike how shallow the space is inside. The funnel that comes is not adequate to pass human ashes as many times my sister's was unable to go through the tiny hole. Luckily a small scooper came with the miniature urn i ordered (not from this company) so i was able to slowly & carefully pack the cylinder shaped space inside the heart with my dear sister's ashes. Chain isn't the best quality but opening on heart is wide enough to replace necklace with real gold so no irritation/fading. ... show more
