The design on this comforter is very nice and it's comfortable. We sleep with a sheet under it and it keeps us warm. Only complaint would be the layer on top isn't attached to bottom layer and it's thin so it can look baggy in some areas if I don't pull tight and it can look wrinkly. I would buy again though still! Pillow shams have got to be my favorite design for pillows as it has a deep lip so the pillow insert doesn't slip out or show ... show more

I needed something that would look nice but not stress me out of it got dirty. My 9yr old niece was ready for a “tween” room so I redid everything. The comforter is true “white” and not the off-white color it appears to be in the Amazon pics. White is exactly what I was hoping for. I had to do some steaming on the curtains but didn’t do anything to the comforter. There are tiny brown dots under the ruffles that remind me marks a seamstress makes when cutting fabric, but the ruffles cover it. If it drives you crazy, you can steam the ruffles more flat so you can’t see them. All in all very pretty and my niece was beyond happy with the outcome. For a more full/fluffy look, I always place a down feather comforter under my comforters. (Pictured has a thinner down feather comforter underneath) ... show more

I don’t know where these reviews about this thing being soft and comfortable are coming from. I received what was obvious very poor quality before even fully unzipped as strings were hanging off the stitching everywhere. The fabric is very thin and scratchy. I washed it on delicate with fabric softener hoping that would help and it didn’t. It was just as rough and now the cheap cotton filler was bunched up in several places in the comforter. This was priced at $70 (if you get the used like new or $120 for new) and it’s worth $19.99. Don’t Buy ... show more
