These boots are awesome! They are definitely wide calf - so if you're mid-plus size they will probably fit you perfectly. If you are on the heavier plus size side, I'd make sure you measure your calf very well. I bought these wearing a size 14 with thicker legs. I was about 180lbs and 5'3". They fit really good when I first bought them. However, I'm now a size 10/12, 160lbs, and they are pretty loose in the legs, but they still stay up nicely. They are great quality for the money. I'm very happy to say that these actually do fit a larger calf. My calf measures just under 18 in. I wear a size 16 in jeans. My shoe size is exactly the same as I ordered in this boot and that fits well too. The boots shaft fit great and I actually have a little bit of room at the top of the shaft. The heel is the perfect height and although the toe is pointy, which makes it a little dressier looking, it is not so pointy that it squishes my toes. The fabric is suede like and the zipper seems secure. I'm quite happy with this purchase. I think it'll look really cute with dresses for fall. I recommend to all all the other girlies out there who do not have a super slim calf. So many others say wide width and that's just not true but this one really is. I recommend. ... show more

They are looser on the calves so if you’re looking for something more roomy these are pretty good. The design is pretty cute too, not to mention they are pretty comfy too & no flaws or loose strings that I’ve seen when unboxing them, the zipper on it is pretty smooth too, no snags or tough pulling needed, honestly worth the price to me, I’d buy from them again :) ... show more

These boots are fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. They seem really well made, very stylish, and zip easily over my larger calves. I did see, the foot of the boot was a wide width as well and they are a little big. I ordered my normal size 7 and 6.5 would probably be a better fit in the foot, but since they don't have that size, I am keeping them and will just wear a thicker sock. I cannot wear high heels at all, as I tend to have balance issues, but wanted a boot with a little heel. These are just right. I will be able to walk in them easily.
