First thing I will say is read the instructions and watch the video, they are pertinent to proper application. It may take some practice to get the results you want. Secondly, ensure you clean the airbrush as directed or it will clog. Now for the good stuff...I have brown spots, red spots, scars just all over uneven skin ( also very oily t-zone). I am so pleased with the coverage of these imperfections. It did take a few passes, but I figured as much. Once dried, there is no rub off and the longevity is outstanding.. I have definitely put it through the "sweat test" First use, my friends asked if I had a procedure, they said My skin was radiant and I looked years younger! I tried a cheaper version that was very disappointing (I have a review on that one). It immediately clogged up, the makeup flew out the top and was sticky on my face and never felt dry. The machine seemed cheaper not made of the same materials perhaps and maybe the makeup itself just isn't up to par? Spend a few extra bucks and go with Luminesce! I got the traditional plug-in, not the portable one simply due to price.

OMG! Are you kidding me! This is by far the best makeup I have ever worn. I am turning 60 years old. I am bless to have great skin. However, after apply regular makeup after all these years and then trying Luminess I am a true believer. WHAT I LOVE THE MOST IS AT THE END OF THE DAY MY MAKEUP STILL LOOKS AMAZING!!! I used to look tired and cakey since I would have to apply powder to keep my make up fresh....NOT WITH LUMINESS. I did buy their powder stick and I rarely apply and when I do it's only my T zone ever so lightly. Air brush make is the new thing. I will say this much you do need a lot more then what they say. I usually use 8 drops to start then follow with another 4. With the blush definitely use only 1 drop to start as they say. Make sure you apply all your make in a well lighted room if not natural lighting. It is easy to overdue. I have literally thrown out all the unused makeups in my drawer that I have tried but without any luck. You will never go back!

Was very excited to receive this last night. I ordered the fair skin one and today I tried it, the first time I had to wipe it off my face cause I used the darker foundation which they all looked about the same from looking at the bottles then I looked on the bottom and found the lighter one and put it on. It was still alittle dark for my skin tone since I have very light skin. They need to have 2 diffent tones one for the lightest to medium then one for medium to dark. If you have porcelain skin or fair skin then find something that has the lightest tones. I had to go back on amazon today and order a bottle that is shade 1 which is the lightest it can go. Other then that everything came with it and it feels amazing. Very happy with the product other then not having the right foundation inside which now I have to pay extra for.

The machine did not work. I tried to spray my face and the only way it would spray makeup out was if I held it pointing straight down and shook it. Then it would spray and stop, spray and stop. Leaving big puddles of makeup on my face where it decided to randomly squirt out the makeup. I kept trying to get it to spray evenly, but it would not. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET THE MAKEUP IN YOUR EYE. Not even a tiny drop. While I was trying to get it to spray, of course it works when I’m holding it above my eye and makeup shot me right in the eye. The makeup that comes with the machine got in my eye. I rinsed my eye out right away. That night I woke up in severe throbbing pain in my eye. My eye was oozing, bloody red and swollen shut. My eye was crusted shut too. I had to put cold compressions on it until I saw my eye doctor that day. I ended up at my eye doctor (emergency visit cha ching$) with an inflamed cornea caused from the makeup. My eye is now very light sensitive and I’m still in a lot of pain. It hurts and I cannot keep it open when I’m outside during the day. Hundreds of dollars later spent at the eye doctor, out of pocket, my eye has still not healed yet. It’s been over 10 days. Not sure what’s in the makeup, but it shouldn’t be used on your face or around your eyes. Very toxic. This machine ended up costing me my health and hundreds of dollars thus far having to pay for doctor visits, eye drops and a new contact prescription. My vision has changed because the makeup caused me to have cloudy vision. It’s like I’m trying to see through fog on the damaged eye. I had to have my contact prescription changed because of the damage it caused my eye. I’m not sure my eye will ever be the same or recover. I’m still in a lot of pain, under doctor care, angry and very disappointed with the seller of this product. This product should be removed and not be allowed for resale. It’s not safe. If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY. You will be sorry.
