I ordered a pair of NEW Lugz, but received slightly used. Unacceptable. The money I spent was for new shoes. So the classic bait and switch tactic was used to get more money for a product that has depreciated in price due to being on someone else's foot. Do better! Or at least remove the pebbles from the crevices of the shoe bottom. ... show more

They were very comfortable for the less than a month that they lasted. The rubber on the actual sole of the shoe is thin and hollow. Within 2 weeks the bottom of the shoe developed a hole and started filling with water when it rained. Then the heels collapsed into the hollow sole of the shoes.
