this is the second time i bbought the lutz black boot shoe and the secnd time the heel came of the shoe either the shoe wasnt sewn probably or glued probably but i purchased these on august 15th and in two months it happened again same as last pair i would like a response from customer service these are not cheap and this is the scond time this has happened to me ... show more

I buy Lugz all the time. They are a great shoe that wears for years. This purchase, I could have literally bought 2 of this style and still had money left over in my pocket... compared to Kohl's ($63.58). Quality at a great price ... try and beat that!!
