The Luggex luggage I recently experienced left a deep impression on me in these aspects, making it a reliable companion for frequent travelers. 1. Safe and convenient lock design: Luggex's zipperless lock design has indeed brought a difference. It is more convenient than traditional zipper boxes and more advanced than the locks of old-fashioned aluminum frame boxes. Its dual button unlocking mechanism effectively avoids the risk of one side button lock being easily opened by accidental impact. What satisfies me even more is its opening and closing experience: unlike some old-fashioned locks that require "groping" the position after pressing, Luggex's lock is truly easy to open with just one press, smooth and worry free. 2. Smooth and smooth implementation experience: The wheels of the suitcase are too crucial. The spring wheel system equipped on Luggex is a highlight that has never been seen before. Whether on the bumpy cobblestone roads of ancient Italian cities or on the smooth tiled floors of Dubai airport, this set of wheels performs very steadily. It can absorb vibrations well, making it much easier to drag the box on various roads. 3. I was so excited about this luggage. I took the check-in piece on ONE trip and it cracked and is no longer waterproof and I’m certain this crack is going to grow considerably. It’s not usable any longer. What a disappointment. The luggage was attractive but it couldn’t even handle one trip. There are other small scratches which I’m fine with. It’s the full thickness crack that’s not ok. ** UPDATE** The company reached out and said they would replace my luggage. They said that I have a worry free guarantee for 3 years and that they stand by their product. They were very kind, excellent service, and got a replacement luggage out into the mail to me immediately. I couldn't be happier. Man, does it look sharp. Also, since the last review I was able to use the carry on luggage. It's PERFECT in every way. The size is amazing, the buckle/snaps work perfectly, the zipper, compartments, everything is beautifully made. It rolls like a freaking dream. They both do, by far the best rolling luggage I've ever had and I've had A LOT. I've traveled to 47 countries and lived in 8. Fantastic suitcase. It is super strong and fairly light weight. It is very easy to roll and has a pull out rolling handle and a carry handle on the side. Holds a lot of clothing. Just wish I had purchase one that would be allowed as a carry on. The one I got is too large. They do carry the smaller one though.

I was in need of a new carry-on for my trip to London. During my search, I was looking for a 20 in carry-on luggage that was made with a durable hard shell, no zippers, had a section for wet items, could fit in an overhead storage, and was able to roll smoothly over various surfaces. I ended up purchasing this Luggex carry-on because it had all my requirements. I also chose this carry-on for its price and 3 year warranty.I saw other similar carry-ones that were twice the price with only a 1 year warranty. During my 3 week trip to London, this carry-on proved to be worth every penny. On my international flight, the carry-on fit in the overhead storage with no problem. It rolled through various surfaces at the airport and on the streets of London with no problem. I was able to fit 4 outfits and a pair of shoes along with some other items easily. The two handles are very useful for when you need to pick up the luggage. The handles even have a soft close feature that’s very nice. I can’t comment much on the scratch resistance as I didn’t check my luggage. But the hard shell is very durable and did not get any damage during my trip. The TSA lock are easy to program and I like how each side can have it’s own combination. Overall, I really like the design of this carry-on. It’s built like a tank. The aluminum frame with the corner protectors are nice. Hopefully, these will hold up over time.

I really like zipperless bags, and loved this one when it arrived. Set it up for the first trip and it was checked in by the gate, no long journey to airplane. Wheel came off, it was a bit loose when i go it as new, but i thought it was part of the smooth rolling mechanism (which was really smooth, it rolls like it’s floating). I need to return this bag. I know amazon has a 30 day policy, but the suitcase could not be so troublesome on the wheels. Other than wheels, the suitcase is wonderful, easy to open, hardcase, excellent. Thanks a lot. Let me add that the Luggex Company contacted me and replaced my bag without question. They were very thoughtful and sent me a new one, as soon as they received my messages through Amazon. I changed my review because they were quick and gave me a brand new one. Even a new model, without delay. Thanks, good costumer service.
