Loved the color! It held up well after being thrown around and got a few marks on it but still looked great, no dents. It had enough room to pack clothes for a 5 day trip and although I used the expander to fit more on the return trip home, I was still able to get it closed. I loved the inside zipper features and the way it keeps your clothes tightly compacted and nothing is jostled around. This was my first time buying a carry on bag and it was great. I liked how the screen net zipped closed around the clothes. I also liked how you could store things underneath on the opposite side. Very easy to manuever and light to carry. Highly recommend! I was able to pack enough for 5 days.

This suitcase is nice. It's light, rolls nicely, seems sturdy, and intelligently put together. Plus, it has a unique feature most carry-on bags don't. Let's dig in. Of course, it has the basics - textured hard shell, TSA approved lock with the ability to set your own code, four sturdy easy rolling wheels. The dimensions are 22" X 14" X 9", so it complies with many airline carry-on guidelines. Then, there are extra features. The clothes restraint system is doubled on the top half - it's got both a zippered mesh screen in addition to luggage straps. This redundancy should reduce the stress on the mesh zippers, reducing stress on the zipper. The bottom half only has a mesh zipper with pockets - see pictures. It's also got an expansion zipper for a little more room when needed. Now - the extra feature. This carry-on has a pass-through charging port. Again - see the pictures. Note however you'll need your own battery. The bag provides a mesh pocket to hold the battery. Then, connect the embedded cord to your battery. Now, here's the issue. There are two separate cords fused together, one for USB-A and one for USB-C. If you connect your battery to the USB-A port, then the built-in USB-A port will charge your device. If you connect the USB-C cord to your battery, then the built-in USB-C port will charge your device. Look carefully at the last two pictures. The second to last shows both the built-in USB-A and USB-C ports. The very last picture shows a view if you don't fully open the USB cover. It's hard to see the USB-C port. There has been some feedback stating that the USB port does not work. Turns out, these people were plugging in the USB-C cord into their battery, then trying to charge with the built-in USB-A port on the suitcase - probably because they did not see the USB-C port. Naturally, the device did not charge. I did not notice it myself until I looked more carefully. Once I realized that there were two built-in ports, I tested both of them - and they both worked. SUGGESTION to LUGGEX - include a note inside with a diagram of both port, explaining that the USB-C port can only be seen when the protective flap is fully open. It may save you many returns and less-than-happy customers. All that said, I would recommend this suitcase, especially with the USB port. It seems the many airport charges in the boarding area are either broken or occupied. Having access to my own private battery was useful. Great design. Four wheels all work well. Zippers work smoothly. Luggage handle works well in 3 steps. It is expandable. Inside of the luggage appears to be smaller than expected because of protruding parts.

LIKES: - Well made. - Excellent design with the storage it provides. - Rolls fairly quiet even on brick or tile floors. - There is a flex to the material, even though it is protective and rigid. - Charging port on the outside.
