I knew I was taking a chance on this luggage based on other reviews. I spent almost an hour trying to change the 000 combination to another. Then it just never worked and I was locked out completely. Never to be allowed in again. I figured this would happen. You’re better off securing with a zip tie. TSA will simply cut it if they want to. Sometimes clever little gadgets and doodads simply suck. Keep things simple!
