The wash of Monsoon is dark blue, almost black. The denim is soft to the touch, and thick. Lucky brand jeans are generally expensive and I only purchased these because they were marked down to forty, but I think the quality is there! The denim has a slight stretch but I’m glad I sized up one size. They aren’t tight on the thighs like jeggings so the fit is almost more like a mom jean. I would say they are high waisted as advertised. The best part for me is the length; I’m 5’4 so the 27 inch inseam is perfect. I will probably buy these in additional washes if they go on sale.

I ordered 2 pairs now. What a fantastic pair of jeans. I have an hourglass shape and this specific color (monsoon) is brilliant. I am usually a size 12, but needed the 14 or 32 in this pair, so yes, they do run small. They keep their shape. They have some stretch (not a jegging!), but they're still soft. I ordered the "bridgette" in other colors, but NONE are like monsoon. For whatever reason, the fabric content changes even though they're still being sold under the name "bridgette." Drives me crazy. On the tag, it says that this pair is part of their "sculpt series." I really love the fabric formula in this pair of jeans.

I swear by lucky jeans bc of perfect fit and good quality but the quality on these are terrible. I ordered the be pair and they ripped near the top on the first wear. I ordered another thinking maybe just a crap pair and the 2nd pair ripped on the butt cheek on the 3rd wear. The material is thin and will rip. I absolutely do not recommend. $200 completely wasted.

These jeans are really cute but they run small in the waist. They are slightly higher rise than the former bridgette (an inch higher) and for whatever reason they're quite narrow at the top where the button is. The previous bridgettes in the 9 inch rise are perfect in the waist. These ones have more room in the rear end and normal amount in the legs. But color and quality are great, still recommend :)

I really like these jeans. I'm 5'2" and weigh 117, give or take a few pounds. I have more of an hourglass figure. The fit is perfect and lands at my waist. The length, which is often a problem for me, is also great. Petite sizes are usually cut too short, too boxy or too tight. These jeans were made for me. Good quality denim and best of all, they keep their shape all day long! No bagging at all. My only complaint is the zipper facing is cut too narrow, barely covering the zipper. It might be a defect with this pair and not others. I wouldn't let that discourage anyone from ordering these.

There is nothing great about these jeans at all. Why they are normally so expensive. The top portion of the jeans are big along with the butt and thigh area. Yet from the knee down, they appear to be the skinny jeans. They do appear to be a heavier denim with not a whole lot of stretch. They look nothing like the picture. And to think I was getting a great pair of jeans on sale. Read several reviews and didn't see anything that stopped me in my tracks from buying these. I tried them on when I got them and did not like the fit or comfort. I'm washing them this weekend. If the shape remains the same and the fit is half loose and have tight (ankles), I'm trashing them. Money loss. That seems to be my norm these days. Wait for packages to arrive days later when we are paying for Prime and offered the two-day Prime shipping. And then be disappointed.

I love the Lucky high rise jeans and this Bridgette did not disappoint. However the size 12 was on sale and I’m a 10. So I dont wear them a lot, but had they been my size I would race about them. Here’s my dimensions: I'm 5’6” 183lbs hourglass shaped. Broad shoulders, long torso and arms. I am a 36C, 29.5-30” waist, 39” hips. The size 12 seems true to size and little big on me, however since the cut is skinny and I have muscular curvy shape I can wear the 12, with a belt is best so I’m not pulling up the pants to avoid a sag in the ass.

Lucky brand jeans fit just the way you want your jeans to fit. No matter what type of jeans you want, Lucky brand has them. I’m not a huge fan of skinny jeans but if you like them then purchase Lucky brand. I love the way they look with a nice top worn in or out, but when you want to remove them put aside a half hour of your time. Also you must be ultra flexible or have a friend handy. I’ve tried other skinny jeans and they all have this problem. Putting them on is a dream but removing them takes muscles. They do look nice once they’re on but remember some time in the near future you must take them off. Lucky brand jeans are worth it, though.
