Very good quality of the boots. It took me forever to find my size. I wear 8 and started from that and it was too tight, then I changed it on 8W and then 9W. I ended up with 8.5W. It’s a bit loose, and I wanted that effect since it’s not dress shoes and I want to wear it with thick socks later in a Fall. Maybe, just 8.5 would be the best, but I already tired to change them. This is my fourth pair of lucky boots. I appreciate the half size options, the fit, the comfort and the style of these boots. They look like the way more expensive Fr___ boots but are actually much more comfortable. I had some trouble with the side zippers at first but I think we worked it up and down enough so as not to be a problem. I noticed other reviews on scuffing which is true but does not bother me. I am very fond of these boots! Nice, real leather. I ordered the wide width plus a 1/2 size larger and my custom orthotic fits fine. That is working well. Comfortable even though heel slips a little, but not a major issue. I like the dark caramel hue. The only complaint I have: the leather scuffs easily. I have had to cover over with brown waxy shoe polish when that happens. I also bought them in black. The heel height is fashionable but not so high that it causes me pain. I wear a 7.5, sometimes wide, and bought these in a size 7.5 Wide in Toffee. I really like these boots. The wide width fits my medium-wide feet. They seam to be made to look a bit worn, but not shabby or worn down. The color is great, the zippers run smooth, and the heel is a good low height for me. The top of the boots come up to around the top of my ankle bone. I think they'll look great under pants, or below cropped pants or skirts/dresses. I have small ankles, so the opening at the top of the boot seems a bit large, but that just means it'll accommodate larger ankles as well. There isn't any arch support, so I'll have to get inserts for that. They seem to be true leather, as expected. Overall, a great boot to add to my wardrobe. ... show more
